Philippine National Police spokesman Senior Superintendent Leonardo Espina said families can text the names of missing persons to posts located in Marikina, Quezon City, Pasig City and Cainta, Rizal—four of the areas badly hit by Ondoy.
Espina gave the contact numbers as follows: for Marikina, coordinate with Mon Santiago at 0920-9389914; for Quezon City, coordinate with Teresa Amarillo at 0921-6555262; for Pasig City, send text to 0918-9356318; and for Cainta, 0917-5606241.
